NAS Abu Dhabi Monopoly is a fun, school-themed version of the classic property-trading board game. Travel around the school, buy your favourite spots, and try not to go bankrupt! You can play pass-and-play on a single device, or online with friends on their own devices.

🎯 The Big Idea

Move around the school, buy your favourite places, and collect ⭐ when friends land on them. Try not to run out of money! Everyone starts with 1,500 ⭐.

🎲 Your Turn, Step by Step

1. Tap 🎲 Roll Dice — your piece hops that many spaces.
2. Do what your space says (buy it, pay rent, or pick up a card).
3. Tap End Turn for the next player’s go.

✨ Both dice show the same number (doubles)? Roll again!
😬 Get doubles 3 times in a row → straight to the Principal’s Office.
🏫 Every time you go past GO, collect 200 ⭐.

🏫 Buying a Place

• Land on an empty place → tap Buy to own it (it costs the price on the tile).
• Now when friends land there, they pay you rent. 💰
• Don’t want it? Tap Skip.

💰 Earn More Rent

• Own all the places of one colour = a full set. Now friends pay you double rent!
• Tap one of your places → Build House 🏠 to charge even more. Four houses can become a Hotel 🏨 — the biggest rent of all!
• Tip: put one house on each place before adding a second.

🚪 Gates & Water

• Gates 🚪: the more gates you own, the more rent — 25 → 50 → 100 → 200 ⭐.
• Reception & Water Station 💧: rent is your dice number × 4 (× 10 if you own both).

🎁 Chance & 📱 Toddle Cards

• Land on Chance 🎁 → a happy surprise (usually you get ⭐!).
• Land on Toddle 📱 → a little “oops” (you might pay a small fine).
• Just do what the card says. 😊

🎓 Corner Spaces

• GO 🏫 — collect 200 ⭐ each lap.
• Principal’s Office 🎓 — sent here? You’re stuck. Pay 50 ⭐ or roll doubles to get out.
• Go to Principal ⚠️ — sends you straight to the office.
• Break Time 🎪 — a free rest, nothing happens. 😌
• School Fees 💰 — pay 200 ⭐.

🤝 Swap with Friends (Trading)

On your turn, tap 🤝 Propose a Trade. Pick a friend and offer to swap places and/or ⭐. They tap yes or no. It’s a great way to finish a colour set!

🆘 Running Low on Money?

Tap one of your places to sell houses or mortgage it (borrow ⭐ using it). This helps you keep playing a bit longer. Grown-up helper: this is the trickiest part — a parent can help younger players here.

🔨 Auctions

If someone skips buying a place, everyone can bid ⭐ for it — the highest bid wins it! (Grown-ups can turn auctions off at the start for a simpler game with little ones.)

🏆 Winning

Can’t pay what you owe? You’re out of the game. The last player with money wins! 🎉
